§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether, in view of the difficulty experienced in securing suitable hospital accommodation in the poorer districts of the highlands and islands of Scotland, the Secretary for Scotland will consider the expediency of introducing legislation such as will provide for the establishment and maintenance of hospitals in congested areas.
