LORD STANLEYThe instructions for miniature and safety ranges issued last month give directions for their construction. Secretaries of rifle clubs should apply to General Officers Commanding Districts for any further information they may require. The War Department accepts no responsibility regarding the safety of a civilian rifle club range; the question of such a range being or becoming a public nuisance is one for the legal advisers of the club.
