Mr. SPEAKER acquainted the House that he had received the following letter relating to the imprisonment of Mr. Jasper Tully—

"The Victoria Hotel, Sligo,

"8th April, 1902.

"Sir,

"I have the honour to inform you that I have this day sentenced Mr. Jasper Tully, a Member of the House of Commons, to imprisonment for fourteen days for having been a principal party in an unlawful assembly, and I have made him a first-class misdemeanant.

"I have the honour to be,

"Your faithful servant,

"WM, O'CONNOR MORRIS,

"County Court Judge and

"Chairman of Quarter Sessions."
