§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether the Northern Lighthouse Commissioners have yet made arrangements for the placing of lights on the five buoys which indicate the channel off Avoch, Ross-shire.
§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRADE (Mr. GERALD BALFOUR, Leeds, Central)The Commissioners of Northern Lighthouses have proposed a scheme for four lighted buoys and one lighted beacon for marking the channel off Avoch, Ross-shire. A determination upon this proposal will be arrived at without delay.
