HC Deb 10 April 1902 vol 105 c1454
MR. WEIR

I beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Congested Districts Board can see their way to accede to the request of the Ross and Cromarty County Council for a grant in aid of the cost of construction of a bridge over Applecross river.

THE SOLICITOR GENERAL FOR SCOTLAND (Mr. SCOTT DICKSON, Glasgow, Bridgeton)

I am informed by the Congested Districts Board that, upon consideration, they were of opinion that the bridge referred to by the hon. Member was not of such a character that it ought to be provided for by them.
