CLANCY (Dublin Co., N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will, before the Second Reading of the Irish Land Bill, lay upon the Table of the House a comparative statement in figures showing, in a given case, the actual yearly amounts of the purchase annuities payable by tenant purchasers in Ireland, and the number of years over which the payment of such annuities would extend under the existing Land Purchase Acts and under the proposals of the Bill now before the House.
