§ MR. BRODRICKI am informed that in Cape Colony the numbers of refugees in camp on the 14th instant amounted to 365, and up to date four children had died. I have no other information.
§ MR. DILLONCannot the right hon. Gentleman obtain the same information 1109 with regard to the camps in Cape Colony as those in the Orange Free State and the Transvaal?
