HC Deb 23 May 1901 vol 94 cc982-3
MR. DILLON (Mayo, E.)

I beg to ask Mr. Attorney General for Ireland whether any regulations have been made by the Judges of the High Court in Ireland under the provisions of the Judicature Acts for the distribution of business.

THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. ATKINSON,) Londonderry, N.

The distribution of business in the high court in Ireland is, where not otherwise regulated by statute, regulated by the rules of court made on the recommendation of the judges in 1891. These rules have been laid before Parliament. Further rules are in course of preparation.
