§ CAPTAIN NORTON; I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if he can give 51 the number of recruits enlisted for the Regular Army and also for the Militia for the months of January, February, and March of this year, as well as for the same months in the years 1899 and 1900; and whether he can give similar information with respect to the month of April.
