§ MR. SWIFT MACNEILLI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether Sir Alfred Milner has brought to the notice of His Majesty's Government the resolutions adopted by the Afrikander Congress held at Worcester, Cape Colony, in December last, and presented to Sir Alfred Milner by a deputation appointed for that purpose by the Congress, more especially a resolution strongly condemning the conduct of Sir Alfred Milner, and what action does the Government propose to take with reference to these resolutions.
