I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether a memorial has been received from the inhabitants of Baltinglass, county Wicklow, pointing out the need of making the sub-office a chief office for the district, and whether the prayer of the memorial will be favourably considered by the Postmaster General.
