§ THE CIVIL LORD OF THE ADMIRALTY (Mr. PRETYMAN, Suffolk, Woodbridge)As large engagements for the conveyance of horses and stores are still of almost weekly occurrence, and negotiations are in progress from time to time for the modification of the rates of hire of the transports still employed, it would not be advantageous to the public service at present to publish the terms of hire and freight.
