SIR WALTER FOSTER (Derbyshire, Ilkestone)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he can state the number of cases of typhoid fever among the forces in South Africa, and the number of deaths, for each of the months of January, February, and March of this year; and also the total number of soldiers invalided home from all causes during the same months, and the number of deaths during the voyage.

§ The number of soldiers invalided home from all causes during the same months, who have arrived home, was 4,803, and the number of deaths during the voyage was seventeen.
