SOAMES (Norfolk, S.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether the Commissioners of Woods and Forests have granted, or are about to grant, leases for rebuilding Waterloo Place or any part of it; and, if so, whether they have made any arrangements for ensuring that all the buildings to be erected on that site shall be treated as part of an architectural scheme for the whole frontage.
