§ THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY TO THE WAR OFFICE (Lord STANLEY, Lancashire, Westhoughton)The number of prisoners reported to the War Office as having been captured in April is 1,046, and 160 surrendered. I am not aware of the manner in which they have been distributed.
