§ MR. JOHN CAMPBELLI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the numerous shooting accidents lately, he will consider the advisability of introducing a measure imposing restrictions on in the sale of firearms to young persons.
§ *MR. RITCHIEAs I have said in answer to questions already this session, the subject of accidents from firearms is fully before me; but I cannot promise legislation on it.
