§ MR. WYNDHAMThere has been no neglect of duty on the part of this officer, as suggested. The regulations 729 require him to attend petty sessions when not otherwise engaged on more urgent duty. He has attended these petty sessions on seventeen occasions in the past five years. His absence from the sessions has been satisfactorily accounted for.
