§ Resolutions reported from the Committee:
- 1."That, in the case of the London County Council (Tramways and Street Widenings) Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that the powers to construct Tramways Nos. 2. 4, 5. 7. 8, 8A, 8B, 8C, 9. 10, 10A, 11, 11A, and 11B be struck out of the Bill: That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
- 2."That, in the case of the Brompton and Piccadilly Circus Railway Bill [ Lords the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that Railways Nos. 2,3,4,5,6,. and 7 be struck out of the Bill: That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
