YERBURGH (Chester)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the concession for the construction of a railway from Canton to Hankau, which had been obtained by an American syndicate, has been transferred by them to the Belgian 406 syndicate which already held the concession for a railway from Peking to Hankau.
§ *VISCOUNT CRANBORNEWe are informed that the concession has not been transferred, and is still owned by the American company, but that the stock holders of the company have disposed of part of their holdings to the Belgian syndicate.
