SIR HOWARD VINCENTI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, seeing that delay in the issue of 224 the definite arrangements and regulations for the Volunteer summer camps increases the difficulty of securing attendance, he will take the earliest opportunity possible of making public these arrangements.
