HC Deb 14 March 1901 vol 90 c1584
MR. CLANCY

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been directed to the views expressed by the Richmond District Asylum Committee in favour of the boarding out of certain pauper lunatics; and whether he will take steps to carry out the recommendations of the committee.

MR. WYNDHAM

Legislation would be necessary to give effect to the recommendations of the committee. The matter is now engaging the consideration of Government.
