Mr. REGINALD LUCAS (Portsmouth)

Lovett, the contractors, on the new naval barracks works at Portsea, who received no allowance for enforced loss of work on the occasion of the funeral of Her late Majesty, when the Government employees engaged upon the same work suffered no loss of pay.

A decision has not yet been arrive at, but will very shortly be given, and I shall then be happy to communicate it to my hon. friend.
