On behalf (if the hon. Member for North Wexford, I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he will consider the advisability of handing over the model schools in Ireland to their respective county authorities for the purpose of technical instruction.

This matter was recently considered by the Commissioners of National Education, who did not feel themselves prepared to take any action in regard to it at present.
