§ Mr. YERBURGH (Chester)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the Government will appoint a Commission to inquire into and report upon the military system of Switzerland, such inquiry to be directed not only to the character, efficiency, and cost of the system, but also to its effects upon the industry, physique, and morals of the population.
§ Mr. A. J. BALFOURI do not think much would be gained by the Commission desired by my hon. friend. There is a great deal of information on the subject in the possession of the War Office at the present time.
