§ MR. MACARTNEYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in consequence of the injury inflicted by the floods on the Bann, he will consider the expediency of reintroducing the Bann Drainage Bill or other remedial measures.
§ MR. WYNDHAMAs already stated, I am not prepared to introduce in the present session legislation in this matter.
