Resolutions reported from the Committee:—

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Cambrian Railways Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the 177 parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the South Yorkshire Electric Power Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that the powers to exempt the Company proposed to be incorported by the Bill, and their undertaking from the provisions of Section 81 of the Schedule to the Electric Lighting (Clauses) Act, 1899, be struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
