§ MR. AUSTEN CHAMBERLAINThe attention of the Postmaster General had not been called to the rate of wage given to the letter carrier at Schull, county Cork. According to the official records, the wages paid are in accordance with the usual scale for the duty performed, which occupies loss than an hour and a half daily; but inquiry is being made into the matter.
