§ MR. DILLONI beg to ask Mr. Attorney General for Ireland whether he will state why the receiver on the Fitzgerald estate, in the county Westmeath, has been ordered to sue for the hanging gale, and whether he has sanctioned this proceeding.
§ MR. ATKINSONThis estate is under the jurisdiction of the Land Court. No proceedings have been taken by th 923 receiver, and will not be taken unless by the direction of the land judge. The executive Government has no control in the matter.
