KEARLEY (Devonport)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether it is the intention of the Government to introduce a Military Loans Bill this session; and, if so, what will be the nature of its proposals, and will it be brought forward at a period sufficiently in advance of the close of the session to ensure it receiving adequate consideration and discussion.
