§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate, as representing the Secretary 102 for Scotland, whether the Congested Districts Board have yet been able to arrange for a grant to meet the cost of the proposed additional works at Skigersta Pier, Island of Lewis, for the protection of fishing boats.
