WHITLEY (Halifax)I beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education if, under the Minute of 3rd July, children who by reason of illness have lost a year of their education in the day school will be prevented from continuing their elementary education in a public elementary evening school if they have attained the age of fifteen at the beginning of the school year.
