§ That they have passed a Bill, intituled, "An Act to revive and extend the powers for the compulsory purchase of lands by the Llanelly Harbour and Burry Navigation Commissioners; for the execution of works authorised by The Llanelly Harbour Act, 1896; for the improvement of the Port and Harbour of Llanelly; and to empower the said Commissioners to borrow moneys with the consent of the Urban District Council of Llanelly; and for other purposes."
