§ MR. YOXALLI beg to ask the Civil Lord of the Admiralty if the torpedo destroyers required for the reinforcement of the Mediterranean have left England.
§ MR. ARNOLD-FORSTERAs stated in reply to the hon. Member for Caithness, it is not proposed to despatch any additional destroyers to the Mediterranean until after the conclusion of the manœuvres.
