I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, if he will consider the expediency of accepting telegrams for abbreviated addresses registered in London at a minimum charge of 3d. for six words, provided that the telegrams are handed in at telegraph offices in the Metropolitan area.
