I beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether he is prepared to issue copies of the Report of the Wharton Commission to the House or to such Members as take an interest in the matter.

As stated on March 21st, there was no Commission, but a Departmental Committee, and the Report of the Committee is a confidential document, which it is not proposed to lay before Parliament.
