JOHN ELLIS (Nottinghamshire, Rushcliffe)I beg to ask the Secretary 26 of State for the Colonies what portions of the Vote of £7,800, under Subhead O 1 of Vote for Colonial Services, in Supplementary Estimates is due to the Transvaal Concessions, the Land Settlement, and the Transvaal Financial Commissions respectively, and when the House may expect to be in possession of the Reports of these three Commissions or missions of inquiry.
