MR. NANNETTTI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he has received a copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the guardians of the South Dublin Union, requesting the Government to take urgent steps to have a Bill passed through Parliament for the protection of town tenants, whereby the occupier would in case of disturbance or expiration of lease be entitled to compensation for his own improvements: and whether he will be able to see his way to give effect to the desire expressed in this resolution.
