HC Deb 16 August 1901 vol 99 cc1185-6
MR. EDWARD BARRY

I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether any steps are being taken for transmitting the mid-day mails to Rosscarbery on their arrival at Clonakilty.

MR. AUSTEN CHAMBERLAIN

The Postmaster General regrets that he is still unable to come to a decision on the question of establishing a day mail service to Rosscarbery, the inquiries on the subject not having been completed. As soon as he is in a position to do so he will communicate his decision to the hon. Member.
