FARRELL (Longford, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that three years ago the tenants on the O'Brien estate, in the townlands of Corglass and Cornakelly, signed agreements to purchase their holdings at sixteen years of the rental, can he state were these agreements lodged with the Land Commission, and, if so, what is the cause of the delay in carrying out the sale.
