TULLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state the result of the inquiries into the case of Daniel Magoohan, of Ballinamore, South Leitrim, who was convicted at the Sligo Winter Assizes on the evidence of a police sergeant, named Sheridan, who has been since dismissed from the Royal Irish Constabulary.
