MR. PATRICK O'BRIENI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can say when the Return relating to compensation for injuries to members of the Royal Irish Constabulary is likely to be distributed to Members.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe preparation of this Return entails an examination of the police records extending over a period of twenty years. Every effort will be made to expedite the completion of the Return, but I am afraid it cannot be ready for distribution under a month or six months.
