FLYNN (Cork, N.)I beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether he is aware that the Walsall School Board, at its meeting in July, granted a number of complete and partial exemptions, and whether the Education Department propose to hold any inquiry or to take any steps to prevent this body from breaking its own bye-laws.
