Ordered, That Standing Order 193A, which provides that "no Bill, originating in this House, for confirming a Provisional Order or Provisional Certificate, shall be read the first time after the first day of June," be suspended as regards a Bill entitled the Pier and Harbours Orders Confirmation (No. 4) Bill, and that the Bill be read the first time.—(Mr. Gerald Balfour.)
