§ MR. LUNDONI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether, during the month of July, he received from the No. 2 Tipperary District Council a resolution stating that on account of the way in which rents are fixed of the appeals by landlords to the Chief Commission who raise the rents they called on the Government to pass a Compulsory Land Purchase Bill; and whether he will use his influence early next session to give effect to the above resolution.
