JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the military authorities have found it necessary to clear Waterkloof of its inhabitants, and whether over forty families have been sent to safe farms; can he state what is meant by "safe farms"; whether they are prison camps, and how far they are from Waterkloof. I do not wish to be out of order, but I notice that portion of my question as to whether Waterkloof is in Cape Colony has been cut out.
