§ Mr. BILL reported from the Committee on Group L of Private Bills, That the parties opposing the Burton-on-Trent Corporation Bill had stated that the evidence of Sidney Barwise, M.D., Medical Officer of Health for the County of Derby, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Sydney Barwise do attend the said Committee to-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
§ Ordered, That Sidney Barwise, M.D., do attend the Committee on Group L of Private Bills to-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
