FULLER (Wiltshire, Westbury)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he can state the number of Imperial troops in South Africa at the commencement of the Boer war; the number of troops since raised and enlisted in South Africa; and the number of troops of all branches of the Service that have been sent to South Africa from this country, India, and the colonies since the commencement of the war.
