§ That so much of His Majesty's Most Gracious Speech to both Houses of Parliament, at the opening of the Session, as relates to the Civil List, and His Majesty's Most Gracious Message of the 5th day of March, relating to Grants to Her Majesty the Queen and Members of His Majesty's Family, be referred to the said Committee.
