§ MR. WALTER LONGThe amount of the contributions paid by officers under the Poor Law Officers' Superannuation Act, 1896, during the year ended at Lady Day, 1898, was £47,465. I cannot give the particulars in respect of the year ended at Michaelmas, 1897.
