§ MR. O'SHEEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has any means of information as to the amount of unclaimed balances in joint stock banks in Ireland; if not, whether there is any 925 obligation in law on such banks to give public notice as to unclaimed balances which have remained on their hands.
